Kent State has just launched a new website design for www.kent.edu.  You are the Director of Admissions at Kent State University and you are writing a memo to your Admissions Counselors who focus on recruiting prospective students who can’t visit campus.  Write a memo to your staff detailing how to use the website with prospective students unable to visit campus.  Highlight and explain the five most important parts of the website that you want the counselors to focus on when working with these students. Hint: When writing your memo, you are to focus on what your staff should say to the students.  This should not be a critique of the website.
